PRODUCT DETAILS

Description

Nickel Alloy 200 Round Bars has some unrivaled properties, such as electrical, magnetostrictive and large thermal, many damaging conditions, strong warm and electrical conductivity. Nickel 200 Triangular Bars are correlated with solid solution heat-resistant alloy with excellent oxidation resistance under moderately cyclic conditions.

These UNS N02200 Round Bars are used for a variety of processing equipment, particularly to maintain product purity in handling foods, synthetic fibers and alkalies.

Nickel Alloy Applications:

Nickel alloy is used heavily in the chemical and electronics industries. It is also used in the aerospace, petrochemical, power generation and marine/offshore engineering industries. Typical applications where Nickel 200/201 is used include electronic and electroplating components, caustic evaporators, food processing equipment, caustic handling and storage equipment, synthetic fiber production, salt production and other processes where sodium hydroxide and fluorine are used.

They are used in a wide range of applications such as aircraft gas turbines, nuclear power systems, medical applications, chemical and petrochemical industries, and steam turbine power plants. Other uses that include nickel's unique physical properties include shape memory alloys, soft magnetic alloys, low expansion alloys, and electrical resistance alloys.
